Health Coaches support clients to improve their health and wellbeing through lifestyle changes. As your Coach, I'll be there to support you in making sustainable and realistic changes, to hold you accountable to those changes and to celebrate every win along the way. I'm Jessica, a qualified Health Coach who studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Starting with a 12 week custom designed programme, I'll work with you to transform your life by changing your health. My priority is always to work within your means, both in terms of your financial capacity and your time available. We'll make a plan together that feels realistic and achievable to you. Never underestimate the power of small changes, done consistently.

Meet your Health Coach
Hi, I'm Jessica, someone who has been where you are now, desperate for answers and relief from my suffering.
I suffered with various health issues throughout my teenage years and into my twenties; hormonal imbalances causing heavy and painful periods, headaches, fluctuating energy, acne and dandruff. Then when I was just 22 I was hospitalised with Covid, which led me into a 4 year Long Covid journey, accented by the extra diagnoses of ME/CFS and MCAS.
Though I wouldn't wish the suffering on anyway, I am thankful for the journey that I went on as it brought me here. Frustrated by the lack of support I was given, and unwilling to accept the possibility of being chronically ill for life, I set off to figure out how I could heal.
In addition to reading books, listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos, I worked with many naturopathic practitioners and finally enrolled myself in the College of Naturopathic Medicine's Health Coaching Course. It was here that I solidified my personal studies into a strongly rooted knowledge of the body, what causes illness and most importantly, how we can support healing.
I am incredibly passionate about the fact that our bodies were designed to heal, and they have the amazing capacity to come back from the most broken places. I believe that holistic healing should be widely accessible, does not need to be expensive or exclusive, and it's my mission to support those I work with in finding their own path to optimal health.
I'm still on this journey myself, though my health and life have been transformed over the past 2 years, I am continually learning and growing in this area. I love to read the latest research and try out new tips and tools on myself. I'll always be open and honest, creating a safe environment in my sessions so that you feel supported and welcomed.
