An initial 1.5 hour case taking session followed by a personalised coaching plan to start you off on your journey
45 minute follow up sessions (X3)
An updated plan after each session
Message and email support in between sessions
Recipes, shopping lists and resources to support you


Areas we can work on:
Food: As Hippocrates said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
Movement: Finding something you enjoy is key, I don't mind what as long as we get you moving! Walking, dancing, pilates, football, lifting weights, swimming, cycling, climbing...the options are endless.
Sleep: We'll work on improving your sleep hygiene - having a good bedtime routine and getting good quality sleep.
Nervous System: Sometimes it's something as simple as slowing down your breathing that can help your body to start healing.
Toiletries/Household Products: Did you know that your hygiene products could be messing up your hormones? Let's clean up the things that are cleaning you!
Purpose: Did you know that having meaning and purpose in life can naturally improve your health and wellbeing?

I work with clients all around the world using Zoom for coaching calls. I also work with clients in person in Witney, Oxfordshire.
