What's included:
  • An initial 1.5 hour case taking session followed by a personalised coaching plan to start you off on your journey

  • 45 minute follow up sessions (X3)

  • An updated plan after each session

  • Message and email support in between sessions

  • Recipes, shopping lists and resources to support you

Areas we can work on:
  • Food: As Hippocrates said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

  • Movement: Finding something you enjoy is key, I don't mind what as long as we get you moving! Walking, dancing, pilates, football, lifting weights, swimming, cycling, climbing...the options are endless.

  • Sleep: We'll work on improving your sleep hygiene - having a good bedtime routine and getting good quality sleep.

  • Nervous System: Sometimes it's something as simple as slowing down your breathing that can help your body to start healing.

  • Toiletries/Household Products: Did you know that your hygiene products could be messing up your hormones? Let's clean up the things that are cleaning you!

  • Purpose: Did you know that having meaning and purpose in life can naturally improve your health and wellbeing?

I work with clients all around the world using Zoom for coaching calls. I also work with clients in person in Witney, Oxfordshire.
